CLUB STATEMENT: Dave Ruck
- Submitted by

The Perth Thunder are pleased to announce that foundation player Dave Ruck will take over as head coach for the 2017 AIHL season, a decision we believe will spear the club in the right direction.

Dave is well known by players and fans alike and has been around the club from the very beginning including all the exhibition games leading up to our inclusion to the AIHL, and he has a vast knowledge of hockey with lots of coaching success in the national competitions.

We look forward to seeing Dave take over the role as coach and lead the team as we know he can, Dave will be selecting his coaching staff to assist him through the season, which will be announced in due course.
