Thunder award winners players choice
Tuesday, August 28, 2018 - Submitted by stan

Perth Thunder player awards are earned through dedication and commitment to the team, they are voted on by your peers, your fellow players and if you win a player award you know you will have deserved it.  Congratulations to Jason McMahon for being the Perth Thunder Rookie of the Year. Jason had an outstanding first season. Congratulations to Landon Oslanski for winning the Thunder D man of the Year.  Landon is the best D man to ever play Thunder and one of the best to ever play in the AIHL, and is a great leader as well. Congratulations to Jonathon  Bremner who had an outstanding season and brought a toughness to his game, thus earning the award for Best Local Player.  Finally, congratulations to PO Grandmaison who set a new scoring record for the Thunder with 67 points and was voted the CD Dodd MVP.  All our winners are more than worthy!
