Perth Thunder defeat the Sydney Ice Dogs 2-1

 In the first of the double header this weekend, two goals from Jessyko Bernard secured a hard-fought win over the Ice Dogs. Grant Toulmin gave the Ice Dogs an early lead against the run of play but the Thunder bounced back strong, first tying the game then taking the lead. Damion Ketlo played an outstanding game in net for the Dogs, but eventually the pressure paid off and Bernard put the Thunder in front.

 Make sure you are at Perth Ice arena tonight for game 2 it should be a classic!
