Thunder defeat CBR 5-0

Perth Thunder take all 6 points!

The CD.DODD Perth Thunder defeated the CBR Canberra Brave 5-0 on Sunday night to secure 6 points and second place on the AIHL Ladder. Ben Breault got the Thunder going with an outstanding couple of goals, and local star Jordy Kyros, who is in excellent form put the Thunder 3-0 up after the Brave had a valiant fight back dominating much of the second period. Peter Di Salvo kept a clean sheet recording a shutout against the league’s most potent offence and secured himself the man of the match award.
