Thunder make finals with a 5-4 shootout win over the North Stars!

In what was a battle for the ages in front of a packed house, with both teams battling for a playoff position, the Perth Thunder took an historic win in a shootout giving the fans a nail biter of a finish.

Club GM Stan Scott said “I am very proud of the guys and everyone in the club, it was a huge effort. this has been the toughest season yet, every team in the league had been competitive and there have been no easy games…we raised money for prostate cancer, we entertained our awesome fans and we qualified for the finals for our fourth year in a row.
